Welded Manufacturing is the preferred manufacturing method in projects that require high strength due to the characteristics of the projects, where bolt joining is not possible or not suitable, in projects drawn in non-standard dimensions, for reasons such as material waste cost and cost reduction.

One of the most important issues in this manufacturing method is to ensure that the welding process is suitable for the process. A welding method suitable for the type of material must be selected. Manufacturing should be carried out according to the WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) determined after the selected welding method. One of the most common mistakes we encounter in the welded manufacturing sector is to start manufacturing without choosing a welding method. In projects that are started to be manufactured in this way, after a while, the weld metal breaks away from the base material due to vibration, tension, and stress. Unfortunately, such situations cause serious damage to the project and the process.
