Compared to traditional coating methods, electrostatic powder coating is a solvent-free coating method that is very successful and environmentally sensitive. The highly successful electrostatic powder coating method is carried out by applying very small powder coating particles charged with negative (-) electricity to metal surfaces.
During application, 99.9% of the paint applied to the surface is fully adhered to the floor.
For the electrostatic powder coating process to be successful, the metal surface must be very well grounded. The better the grounding of the metal surface, the better the adhesion rate of the paint to the ground.
You can perform the coating process with the help of guns in special paint booths for electrostatic powder coating. Powder coatings loaded into the guns are electrostatically charged and form opposite poles with the metal surface, which allows the paint to adhere easily to the ground.
